In the most recent Rally kits, including 7.0-1, the
Oracle DSD code was not linked against TCP/IP. This
has the obvious side effect that the Oracle DSD's will
not work with TCP/IP. We now have a copy of
rally_sql_orar.exe that has been linked correctly.
If anyone needs to get a hold of this file let us know
and we will make it available.
