| This problem has occurred again. The customer, Intel, really wants to
get this problem solved. Has there been any new insights into the
cause of the problem? Is there anything we can do for the customer?
(ie would it help at all to elevate to engineering?)

| I don't know of any progress in understanding the underlying cause of
the problem. If you would like a DBR with the code change I mentioned
in a previous reply then, yes, you should enter a BUG report asking for
an image that includes the change.
