Hi, I have a customer running XMR V1.2 and this week they realized that the messages sent from Message Router to Mailbus through XMR , arrive ok. But from Mailbus 400 to Message Router , it doesn't work. When Mailbus 400 tries to deliver the message to XMR, the following errors are generated in the XMR log. The message is not delivered and a notification is generated. Any ideas of what can be happening ? Thanks .. POSTERR and MIDPRES are consequences of the earlier errors. As to why you received the BADDATE errors, I don't know. Can you dump the messages going into XMR and see what dates are on them, and why they might be bad? Scott | |||||

Hi Scott,
I don't know mailbus 400 neither XMR . When I see the message in
the XMR mailbox, I know how to save the file and dump it. But the
message doesn't shown up in this mailbox so I have no ide how to get
it.
But the complete XMR log shows the date that is being read.
In this case, the message is coming from a mavhine with mailbus 400
and I get the error. If I get a log from a message leaving MRouter to
Mailbus400. When I see the log another date is shown . it has more
characters and the message arrives ok.
They have installed a VMS patch to correct date problems
(VAXLIBR06_070) but this patch was installed on all machines.

There is save functionality in XMR. You can save messages from MR into XMR and also message from MB400 into XMR. Can't remember the logicals though *8^s Nigel. | |||||
