    Hi,
    
    I am trying to set up a communication environment with some peer MTAs,
    I read (on this notes file) that, when setting the presentation address
    of the peer MTA, I should take the NSAP number of the peer, prefix it
    with 52 (if the nsap begin with 0) and pad with 1 until the length of
    14 digit.
    
    What if the given NSAP number is already 15 (fiftheen) digit long ?
    i.e. 026245228023417 ?

    Resolved by setting international prefix 0 on DTE Class used by the
    reachable address.
