Status of "Shared File 1992" interface 

What are the official state of the 1992 Shared file interface 

A local software provider have got the somewhat negative answer 
from ISOCOR about their "Shared File X/Open" API package that 
BP15 is not supported. In practice it seems like the API routines 
really supports the BP15 (Plain Obj ID as in MAILbus 400) 

Are there different 1988, 1992 versions of "Shared File" interface? 
Are BP15 supposed to work with MAILbus 400 Shared File 1992 ? 
 (yeah, it does in practice...)

What is the easiest way to get hold of a X.400 Implementors Guide ? 
(like MHS Impl Guide V.10 and the Stable agreements referred to in 
MAILbus 400 SPD )
