    Hello,
    
    I have a customer situation where Inbound messages with bad timestamps 
    causes peer MTAs to either crash or hang. The customer site is Mediatel
    in Canada. MB400 traiffic passes through their MTA. 
    
    The customer wants some type mechanism to flag these messages and 
    reject them.
