Message Store V1.2.25
Customer is reporting that xms_mgt seems to have lost contact with the
messages stores.
Command:
ncl>show message store <name> user <oraddress>
gives error No resource available
Message Store is still working - RUA's can bind and messages are flowing OK
Command:
ncl>show messge store <name> all
show attributes including counters but if a RUA binds and then the command
is issued again the counters do not alter.
i have advised customer to use the workaround to:
disable, delete each message store, kill xms_mgt process, create and enable
all message stores. he will try test this shortly.
In the meantime, I need to find out why this is happening and how to
prevent it.
I have found in other Notes that there was a problem with xms_mgt which was
fixed in 1.2.23.
When this happens again (which it will) what inforamtion do we need to
collect.
