Hi,

A customer wants not to journal messages.
He emptied journal mailbox, and reconfigure Transfer Service:
Do you want destination journaling? NO

But mailbox DESTJOURNAL continues receiving mail.

Anybody knows if more changes must be done?

    Did they remember to "RECOVER TS" after the "SET TS"?
    "RECOVER TS" should have deleted the journal mailbox.

    The customer says he did SET, ENABLE and RECOVER with no success.

    Among other things, RECOVER TS creates a new version of MRINIT.DAT
    This file will have some lines in it related to journaling if enabled.
    
    Check what's in this file, as well as it's creation date
