| What versions of MRX and DECnet are you running? - This _may_ be

| There is a known bug in OSAK in DECnet/OSI v5.6 that causes MRX to hang,
which is fixed in DECnet/OSI v6.1 ; OSAK not notifying MRX when a
connection attempt fails.
A Fix for this is also included in the MRX v2.3 ECOs.
Please be aware that the current version of MRX is MRX v2.3 ECO4.
