Hi,

A customer at Comm Health PLan has had intermittent "processing"
has for sometime now, we have not been able to pinpoint why this happening,

I have the lpslog file below.

His printer still goes into a "processing" and does not recover until
the printer is rebooted.

I'm not sure why this is happening, except that when the printer starts
to jam, the printer will evenually hang in "processing". We have been able
to recover from the hang on two occasions by typing "stop/reset" on 
the execution queue.

The dcps v1.3, support-host v5.1
