Hi,

A customer at Fuji Phote Film Inc is asking how to setup
LN17 printdrivers from an IMB-AIX mainframe.

The customer has already setup the printer following the instructions
from the Configuration Guide, Chapter 5. THis sections does not include
driver setup.

I'm not sure how to do this or if it can be done. Any ideas would
be helpful.

	The NIC Configuration guide doesn't go into how to set up print filters or drivers, it only talks about configuring the NIC card. Does the customer have the LN17 UNIX software yet?

	Hi, By using the printer type of hplj-3si, he was finally able to print to his LN17. I don't know if he tried using the Postscript printer type. We still need to find out, though, how to use the drivers that he has. Thanks.
