Hello, A new LN17PS we added to our LAN booted up with a TCPIP address of another host on the LAN. We intend to use the printer only with LAT. Why did the printer boot with this TCPIP address? We only configured it for LAT usage. How do I disable TCPIP on the printer? Boaz

What address is it picking up, another address that does exist on your net, or the default IP address 138.239.254.253? (Yes, I know that "default" IP addresses are strictly illegal, but that's the way Emulex, the NIC card supplier, designed this one.) - tom] |
