Hello,
A customer has noticed since installing the Adobe Printdriver v3.0.0 for her
LPS17/600-16MB printer she is not able to select the Envelope tray from
documents generated by Microsoft Word v6.0.
The customer purchased several envelope feeders for her LPS17's to use
with Word files, she has not been able to manually select the envelope tray
from this application.
The customer says that with an old printdriver she was able to select the
envelope tray from Word, but they loose other print features when they use
this driver.
ANy suggestions would be helpful to get the new v3.0.0 driver to use
the envelope feeder from Word.

Some applications will not support all of the driver functions. Have her try
going directly to the print driver and selecting it there.
