Unfortunately, there is not a seperate output tray default for PostScript and PCL. There are seperate input tray defaults. They should definitely set the default output tray to the OLCOT by setting the OutputType in the defaults file to OLCOT. The I would think that having a few PostScript jobs end up in the OLCOT would be better than having all the PCL jobs go to the Upper tray. As for actually fixing the `bug', it is unclear that the PCL native to the LPS32+ has the interface available to add the escape sequence indicated by Tim. The only way someone will look, is if the problem is raised to the IPMT level. Sorry Nancy [I know sorry doesn't help] |
