I don't know "Acrobat Distiller", what can I do with it?

Where do I have this choice?

| Acrobat Distiller is an Adobe product that produces PDF files for viewing with
Acrobat Reader. It also cleans up PostScript files. There are other products
and tools that can also clean up PostScript files that have been mentioned
elsewhere in this conference.
As far as Optimize for Portability, this option tells the driver not to use
shortcuts that don't strictly adhere to PostScript standards and that may not
work on all printers. From Windows 95, for example, choose Printer Properties,
and the option is under the PostScript tab.
