6881.12Any news?NECSC::PAYNEMon May 12 1997 10:258
    I have a customer that has run into this same problem. He is
    asking when this will be fixed. He has 4 LN17s that need to
    be accessed from 6 different zones, so he is anxious to get
    this resolved.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    JoAnna
6881.13IPMT'd???NECSC::PAYNEFri May 16 1997 16:578
    Is this problem already IPMT'd???

    If so, I won't escalate my customer's issue. If not, I will.

    Please let me know.
    Thanks,
    JoAnna

    JoAnna,

    There should be no reason not to file an IPMT for your customer,
    whether or not another IPMT exists. Resolutions to problems discussed
    here are generally not posted in a timely enough manner to solve urgent
    customer issues.
