    A strange queue problem under DCPS 1.3 and VMS 6.1...
    
    I have one queue that keeps resetting itself from NOFEED,NOFLAG to
    FEED, FLAG.  When it is set manually, it will continue to revert back.
    They might stay for a day, a week, or 2 days, but it always reverts 
    back to FEED, FLAG.
    
    This queue is accessible from 2 different clusters and it happens on
    both.  I have hundreds of other queues setup like this and they are all
    fine.  Even other queues to the same building work while this 1 queue
    doesn't.  
    
    Has anyone seen this type of behavior before?  Any recommendations on
    what could be wrong?
