A customer trying to merge two security profile from two sites. They decided to
write a program to perform the merge and asked us for the record format of
INTACT$UIR.DAT. I've suggested them to list out the profile and write short
program to create command procedure to add the users into the profile. Still
they asked for the record format of it.

Can we pass this internal structure to them? If we can, can anyone send me the
record format?

    INTACT$UIR.DAT is documented in the DECintact System Management Guide
    which they should already have. See chapter 3, DECintact System Security,
    particularly section 3.2
