| Oh my, oh my, and as long time supplier of sattelite feed tapes, Gary Hughes
said, we haven't even got to the big battle yet...
Thar be
spoils
below
real big bad ones too...
So don't go sneaking
if'n you don't
want to know...
So, was anybody really surprised when Vir did it? If you've been reading
anything in here or certainly from the Lurker's Guide, it wouldn't have
been a total surprise, but even so, it was very well done. Obviously Vir
wasn't quite prepared for it himself. The drunken aftermath was in perfect
keeping with his character. He had the strength and conviction to actually
do it, and he did do it, make no mistake. From the way it was shown
you may be tempted to think that Vir managed it all accidently, but
don't be fooled by that, he knew at that point he was the only one
who could do it, and he did it exactly as it needed to be done. But know
he's not sure he can live with himself.
He'll get over it.
I loved the scene when Vir originally bought the murder weapon to Londo,
and they're wondering just how quickly it will work. Maybe he'll have
enough time to yell "Londo killed me!" Or maybe "Kill Londo!"
But in the end, Cartagia only had words about himself.
I'm not too sure I'm that thrilled with the cucifixion symbolism of
G'Kar, though we have seen him in that get up before. It seems to me
that the damn thing could have easily been lifted over his head anyway,
even with all the chains on, and made a nice weapon to boot, but it's
only after the chains are broken "I had my personal guard put on new
chains, the old ones looked weak" that he uses it that way. You'd
think they'd also have a bit more fire power available for the quards,
especially with all the unfettered Narn's about, but I guess it would
curtail the story somewhat if you had "G'Kar tries to break chain's.
Well armed Centauri guards gun him down, and other Narn's who act
up."
Things are certainly picking up for next week. The Vorlon's, the AOL, and
a bunch of first one's, I'm sure, with Lorien and Ivanova leading the
charge. The sacrifice of the White Star with Ericcson planting the info
to pull the shadow's into it. It has been said that 406 will be the biggest
CGI show to date. I'm sure Joe will find a way to twist the human element
in the story too. Should be cool.

SPOILERS!
yah, Vir did it. I suspect that more could have been spent on him.
He's been put in his own fire, and will now be the stronger, I think.
Loved the "Londo will be PM" - "Erk! ME?" Look on his face. :^)
I can't wait to find out what happened to Mr. Garibaldi....
I also wonder if Andreas now wears 1 red contact or 2? That's got
to mess with his mind/vision between takes. Although from what I've read
he *stays* in character when in makeup, so perhaps he leaves the
"eyepatch" on.
Can't wait till next week.

Nope. The whole crew were crabstar garnish, regardless of the captain's
reply. The sole purpose for the question was to telegraph this factoid to
anyone in the audience who had somehow managed to get this far without
catching on.
Sometimes, TeeVee is just a little too blatant for me.
