    Hi,
    
    Has anybody read two books written by Elaine St. James (I hope I get
    the name correct) title "Simplify Your Life" and "Inner Simplicity"?
    I found it interesting that the principles she decribes are pretty
    similar to Buddhist philosophy, such as developing inner calmness,
    balancing material and spiritual life, fully experiencing the current
    moment, and others. She also explains her concepts in practical
    day-to-day examples.
