Has any one else seen this problem? This is cross posted in the etherworks 
conference.

Novell's already noted a problem with Client32 and Windows 95 OSR 2.  You need
to update the ODINSUP.SYS driver which breaks under OSR 2 because of the new
FAT 32 file system.

That might be the cause of your customer's problem.

The customer is not running 32 bit file access. The "convert" utility is not 
shipped with SR2 on the FIS for the Venturis FX. The FIS is also still in 16 bit 
mode.
