     My BIL upgraded to Win95 and now whenever he tries to download a file 
from Netscape, the modem hangs up.  All other aspects of his web browsing 
appear to be normal.  Any ideas?

	What video card does he have? S3 chipset? Modem at COM4 by chance? If yes to the latter 2, suggestion is to jumper modem to COM3 (if not in use), delete current modem from device manager (then re-jumper to different COM port), then add new hardware and it should be ok. I had similar problem just moving the connecting to window.
