I have a SONY SDT-5000 in my DECpc XL590(Windows 95), but I cannot find the tape driver(software) to make it work. Who can show the location where I can find the tape driver (software)? By the way, I plan to use Adaptec EZ-SCSI 4.0 to backup my files in windows 95 by means of SONY SDT-5000. Thanks in advance. Cecilia

Re .1: Just as what I said in .0, I need tape driver, I mean the software, to make the tape work. When I used "Add New Hardware" in Control Panel to add the SONY tape drive, it asked me to provide the tape driver, but I don't have. I need your help to provide the tape driver for SONY SDT-5000, if you have, or advise me where I can find it. Cecilia | |||||

Install EZ-SCSI and run the backup program which comes with it and you are all set. Guenther |
