I see today's ad Sony has STR-G3 on sale for $250.00 It says it has 'Digital Signal Processing'. What does that means? Is this what you said in .1? | |||||

It means that it converts the audio signal to digital for applying various "soundfield" effects. It does not necessarily mean that the receiver is equipped to handle Dolby Digital, and the STR-G3 definitely doesn't. Steve |
