RE: .0
Yeah, took me about 10 seconds to figure that out.
Maybe you could ask some Army or Navy guys if they know the answer.

This all reminds me of a joke we used to tell, but I haven't told it in years
because I don't want to offend anyone, particularly anyone in any
branch of the service. But it's so apropos to this particular puzzle thread
that I can't resist. here we go:
What time is it ?
Well, for you men in the army it's just after thirteen hundred hours.
For you men in the navy, it's just after thirteen bells.
And for you men in the marines, mickey's big hand is on the ...
As I said, my apologies. I support our troops, whomever they are, and
whatever service they're in (and not just the men!)

| I heard a variant of this while working at an Air Force Base which
also served as the commercial airstrip for a nearby town.
The pilot of an incoming flight radioed the control tower for a time
check. The controller asked him to first identify which flight he
was. The pilot, exasperated, asked what different it made who he
was--he just wanted to know the correct time. The controller
responded:
"If you're the USAF, it's 17:02:25."
"If you're Delta, it's 5:02 p.m."
"If you're Eastern, it's about five o'clock."
"If you're Air Florida, the big hand is on the twelve and the
little hand is on the five."
"And if you're Pan Am, it's Thursday."
