    Hi,
    
    We have a user installed Ultrix V4.3 with SEAL, the named can't work
    sometimes and the user must reboot the system again. What's happen?
    Is it a bug of SEAL or Named? 
    
    We have viewed the syslog and some information for reference - 
    "named : MAXQUIRES exceed, possible data look loop occurs".
