         The following is process and procedure for ordering 
         Loan or Purchase of Digital Capacity Planner for OpenVMS, 
         Digital Unix, HP-UX, IBM-AIX platforms(Enterprise Edition Only)


PROCESS FOR LOAN:

	-- Product loan for Digital Platforms (OpenVMS, Digital Unix) can 
           be ordered directly by dialing 1-800-277-8988 in US (Media and 
           license delivered by SSB), or by filling out form at VTX SWLOAN.
	   In europe contact Michael Lane at ESSB::MLANE. In AP contact
	   your software loan office.

	-- Product loan for HP-UX and IBM-AIX platforms for 30 days can be 
           obtained by filling attached form "Non Digital Loaner Key Form" and 
           mailing to [email protected] or DISCOS::Shah.

		---- DO NOT TAKE KIT FROM NETWORK TO GIVE TO CUSTOMERS.
	

PROCESS FOR PRODUUCT PURCHASE:

	--  Product should be purchansed directly from 1-800-DIGITAL in US 
	    or by contacting local sales office. In europe contact Michael
	    Lane at ESSB::MLANE or by contacting local sales office. In AP
	    contact your local Digital sales office.

	--  For Digital platforms (OpenVMS and Digital Unix) media and 
            License key delivered by SSB

	--  For IBM-AIX and HP-UX platforms media kit delivered by SSB, 
            for license key fillup the attached form "Non Digital Product Key
            Form" and mail to [email protected] or DISCOS::SHAH.
