679.0. "how CP uses other collected data" by RHETT::LAROSE () Wed Mar 12 1997 14:01
I have a customer who has purchased CP for UNIX. CP V4.0 is
loaded on a unix workstation and there is license CAPACITY-PLANNER.
He has an 8200 and 4100, both running Performance Manager for UNIX
V2.0?, and both are at UNIX V3.2G.
1) What is the recommended way to get data that has been collected
by Perf. Manager to be used by separate workstation running CP
V4.0
Cover letter for CP 4.0 says it works with Perf. manager data.
2) Any additional CP licensing required for CP to analyze/forcast
using other system's collected data?
Thanks,
Bob LaRose
