4156.0. "Server not running, and PCS_set error?" by SHRCTR::FENTON () Thu Feb 13 1997 15:51

    I have a 'server not running' error, and not sure where to start
    fixing. It's a 4000, OpenVMS 7.1, Pathworks 5.0E. It work OK after the
    install, which was in the middle of Jan, and stopped working a few days
    ago. Worked, then did'nt! I did no installs, upgrades, or even logged
    in much! The only thing I was using was a file share.
