I see in v5.0E, the logical pwrk$license_server_inhibit "works" as
expected (pwrk$license_s shuts down even if the active license server
is already running). If you recall, what specific version did this get
fixed in?

I don't have an exact version, but it looks like the code changes were
made in July '95 - picking the next release after that my best guess is
that the changes were first included in V5.0C-ECO3.
