The following sequence will always fail with an ACCVIO. 

$ run cde$system_common:[bin]dtfile
View, Set View Option, set "By Tree, Folders and Files", OK
Now go to a subdirectory by clicking on the + sign
View, Update <-- window will abort with an Access Violation.

Is this a known problem? Is a fix available?

	I don't think it's a known problem, and it's not fixed in the ALPMOTF01_U4012 patch kit -- in fact, in the new version it accvios when you click on the "+" instead of when you use the Update command. Please enter a QAR, or an IPMT case if this is a customer problem. -- Bob
