Is there a way to make TCP/IP the DECwindows default transport? ie. For "$ SET DISPLAY/CREATE/NODE=mynode" command to use TCPIP transport without having to manually append "/TRANSPORT=TCPIP". I know I can change the "SET DISPLAY" DCLTABLES tables entry but was hoping there might be a more standard way to achieve this? Thanks, Geoff...

The only thing I can think of is to define a symbol: setdisp == "set display/create/transport=tcpip" -- Bob |
