A customer reported this on a VAX with OpenVMS V6.1 and Motif V1.2-4.  I was able
to reproduce it up through V7.1 and CDE on an Alpha.

Create a meeting and make it repeating Monthly.  Exit Calendar, come back and
switch it back to repeating None.  The future meeting are removed at this point. 
If you edi the meeting again, the repeating setting back to Monthly, but there
is only 1 meeting.

If you try to make it Monthly again, it asks if you want to change just this
meeting, just future meetings or past, current and future.  No matter what
you choose, no new meetings are created.

It seems changing the meeting from Monthly to None causes a problem.  I've
checked our databases and notes and could not find any mention of this
problem.  Is it a known restriction or should I elevate it?
