The OpenVms New Features Manual states at page 4-3 that X11 R6 is 
supported at the server side since OpenVms V7.1, but NOT currently 
supported by  XLIB as shipped with Decwindows/Motif v1.2-4.

A customer likes to know if/when to expect X11 R6 in XLIB.
