    What patch kit? I just installed that version of 1.2-4 that comes with
    VMS 7.1.

   Patches are available to internal and external folks at the URL:
	http://www.service.digital.com/html/patch_public.html

   Connect to that URL, and then search for ALPMOTF and/or VAXMOTF,
   as appropriate.  (There are a collection of useful URLs in the
   VAXAXP::VMSNOTES conference, in note 10.* -- the patch area, the
   COMET search engine, etc.)
