5797.0. "Error Code 132" by SANITY::LAPRADE (Sandy LaPrade) Thu Mar 06 1997 09:45
Below is a Window manager log from a new Bret (AS 500) that we added
last night.
Out of the eight that we added, four received this error message and
windows will not start. We tried swapping the graphics boards and put
GYA where GYB was and vice versa. Still receive the same error. It shows
GYB0 as being offline. Could 4 of these system all have bad graphics
boards?
Versions of software Currently running:
OpenVMS 6.2-1H3
Open3D 3.5
Motif 1.2-3

This sounds like a sysgen parameter problem. You need to get the
Open3D installation guide and verify the sysgen parameters are
set properly. It sounds like the 2nd device did not go "online"
because of a resource problem. About the only thing that will
prevent it from coming online is a failure to get the resources
necessary to map the device.
Send me mail if you need further help.
