    Hi all,
    a customer of mine had some problems with the New Desktop and a
    particular user.
    This user was not able to open any application, after filling
    the login box only the Front Pannel appeared.
    After many investigation we discovered that the problem was
    a line in his LOGIN.COM, here it is:
    $ def :== dir/full
    Infact deleting this line or changing "def" with "dfe" all works
    fine.
    If you like I can tell you also what was logged in [.dt]ERRORLOG.
    Hope this can help someone else.
