Open3D:		        3.1

I have a user who continues to loose windows on the workstation.
I have seen variations of this error code, but not anything clear on 
how to fix with these versions of software.

Will upgrading Open3D resolve this?  Or are these tuning issues.

This crash is one that we've seen several times before.  I know that all of the
CLDs that have this crash have gone to Open3D.  I know they have a fix for
it.  I'm not sure what version of the product has this incorporated.  I'd
ask in the Open3D notesfile and see if you get an answer.  I would guess
that since the latest version came out recent this fix would be in it.
If the customer wants to, it's certainly worth a try!
