There is place North of Washington where they have a small Model village (German?) - it is called Lenworth (sp?). I am looking for some information on this - specifically, what it is and if it is worth going to this time around the year. Any information on this would be much appreciated. Mohan

We visited Leavenworth yesterday - 4/17/97. A beautiful day to be out there. I was particularly interested in going during the spring. This way we get to see the snow (or is there snow all around the year ?) on the mountains. This is our first outing into the Cascades and were impressed by the scenery. The Bavarian village is beautiful. My family had a great time. Thanks for the pointers to the web site. Mohan 4/18/97 |
