    Hi,
    
    my customer works with Alpha 2150 and Windows NT 3.51 Service Pack 5.
    
    Intermittently she gets the following error:

	looks like a crash caused by pw for nt v4.1 or v4.0. I know they have some patches out, but I can't tell you where to get them.
