Hi,
a customer of mine has the following configuration:
DECpc 150 AXP
firmware rev 4.31
WNT server 4.0 sp2
PCs Intel
W95
Office95
PCs Intel
WNT (server and workst.) 4.0 NO sp
Office95
The users use only Excel application and save Excel documents
on Alpha server, W95 users have no problems, but WNT users
have randomly the following problem:
when they save an edited document the modification are missed.
No errors are reported, if they save on the local disc the
problem doesn't appear.
I try to reproduce this behaviour, but without succes.
Can somebody help me troubleshooting this problem ?
Should I open an IPMT ?
