    I have an internal subscription for OpenVMS and Unix, and had one for
    NT. This is how I got my copy of NT 3.51. I never got 4.0. I thought
    our strategic alliance with Microsoft included free use of
    Microsoft operating systems within Digital.
    
    Can somebody clarify the present status ?
