The last list of software that I saw for Windows NT showed V4.0a for
VC++. That list was dated 12/96. You seem to have several versions
beyond that. I still must be missing something; this seems to be to
obvious for me to be having this many problems in getting the info to
the customer. I thank you for your patience with me.

The V4.2 equivalent is only available as a "patch" from
Digital (and Microsoft?). V5.0 is still in beta.
