    Pathworks for dos windows v6.0 eco2
    Windows for workgroup v3.11
    
    I have customer who is experiencing the following problem
    
    
    He has run pwsetup and used  current configuration (which works) but add
    MANAGEWORKS, MOSIAC, WINDOWS NETWORK & ENHANCED REDIRECTOR.
    
    When he  restart the PC, it connects to the networks without problems
    but when
    the PC. goes into windows he received the following message :-
    
    "Error opening icon information file \PWGROUP.INS"
    
    Action carried out so far:
    
     Reconfiguring the client.
     Deleting the PWGROUP.INS file from the PW directory then running
     PWSETUP
     Running PWICON.EXE manually from the PW directory.
     Deleting the PW directory then re-running PWSETUP
    
    We have even tried using pwgroup.ins from v5.0 but problem still exist.
    
    Any suggestions as to what might be causing this or what to try next?
