accessed by users ?

advfs defragment uses a library call to the advfs kernel migrate code. The man page for migrate explains a little. It is the same code as the utility "migrate" uses to migrate a file (defragmenting it in the process). kernel migrate uses extent map locking to ensure extent maps are consistent whenever a user has a copy of a file and subsequently writes it.
