Hurry, hurry, Canada joined the CEPT countries. For us it means you don't need
to apply for a licence for Canada.

    I keep hearing that the US (FCC) is diligiently working on this
    conCEPT.. I think there was something in one of the online rags in the
    last month or so.. 
    
    Of course, with the FCC, time is an elastic concept..
