OK I found out a few things. The model DI is an Agricultural/industrial
unit with a 259 cu. in. 4 cyl gas engine. Mine was built in 48 according
to the serial number which starts with 54 (-4=year built I've been
told) Also the belt is so loose it wasn't turning the fan. It weighs
5300 lbs without the loader, has 39 hp and 37 hp at the power take-off
on the side of the unit. But another question I have is what is that
funnel shaped thing on the hood? A spitoon perhaps.....
More to come I hope.
ps. anyone out there?
Fred
