5923.0. "dxterm core dump when resize" by COPCLU::WIELAND () Wed Feb 05 1997 04:43
Hi
I have a customer who is running Digital Unix 3.2d.
If he from a pc running eXcursion or from a Unix client runnning
Digital Unix 3.2 create a dxterm window from The unix 3.2D
system to the pc or to the Unix system running 3.2, and generate
lot of output to the dxterm ( ls -R /) and in the same time
resize the dxterm using the mouse, dxterm stops and make a core
file. If he use alt F10 and alt F5 to resize dxterm there are no
problems, also if he disable 'Auto resize terminal' and 'Auto
Resize Window' and do the same tests with lot of output to dxterm
and using mouse to resizing there are no problems.
Here is out put from dbx
# dbx /usr/bin/X11/dxterm /usr/users/wieland/bwcore/core
