| Could you check all the info within the "cobver" file. You'll find this
file at $COBDIR/cobver, where $COBDIR is the installation directory.
This is where you'll find out if the versions match. The first line of the
V3.2 releases will read:
cobol v3.2.27-BUe
The last couple digits of the second line will give you which fix release
you're dealing with.
For example, the Digital release of Micro Focus COBOL V3.2B has a "cobver" of
cobol v3.2.27-BUe
PRN=2XUNK/JPE:7a.1a.11.04
PTI=NLS
The first ECO after this is:
cobol v3.2.27-BUe
PRN=2XUNK/JPB:7a.1a.11.07
PTI=NLS
And the second ECO is:
cobol v3.2.27-BUe
PRN=2XUNK/JPA:7a.1a.11.08
PTI=NLS
You won't find the releases of the Micro Focus product from Micro Focus to
have any letters after the "V3.2". The naming of V3.2B release from Digital
was made to conform to the Digital standards. The release notes give
further info so that you can match it up with the Micro Focus releases.
