    Hi,
    
    A customer has had problems with tape positioning errors on a TL810.
    They had the drive replaced a few months ago and the problem went away.
    
    They are now seeing the problem again and are running SMFS and I was
    wondering if it could be software related.
    
    The errors are -
    
    copy-e-writerr, error writing ...
    rms-f-wbe, error on write behind
    sys-f-tapeposlost, magnetic tape position lost
